ABOUT GRAHAM

Graham Caldersmith was a renowned Australian luthier who passed away in October 2019. Graham was one of the pioneers of the Australian lattice braced guitars and a strong advocate of the use of Australian woods in violin family instruments. He is also well known for his work on the ‘guitar family’ (octave, treble, standard, baritone, bass) and his contribution to the world of acoustics
and stringed instrument science.
